Geppetto 4.2 Update Site?

Is there a way that I can get Geppetto 4.2 for my Eclipse install? I am
bound to a 1.6 Java version so I can't run the latest version.

Any way for me to get this previous version loaded other than standalone
download?

The current update site is a composite of all releases. You can appoint a specific release by qualifying the URL. This
URL will give you the update site of the 4.2 release:

https://downloads.puppetlabs.com/geppetto/updates/4.x/R201407250959/

All update sites are also zipped and archived. You can find them here:
https://downloads.puppetlabs.com/geppetto/updates/4.x/archivedsites/

Another option is of course to install a later Java version in parallel to
the required 1.6. Depending on what you want to do this might a better
alternative since the Puppet Forge uses ciphers that require Java 1.7 or
higher.
